The dish changes with the seasons and availability. Right now, we are serving our mafaldine with pancetta, saut\u00e9ed mushrooms, cream, parmigiano reggiano and black truffle.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasta dalla forma is an Italian way of serving pasta, where freshly cooked pasta is mixed directly in a wheel of aged cheese for added flavour and creaminess.
