Taste Apulia this November

This November, at L’Avventura, we celebrate Apulia, one of Southern Italy’s most flavorful regions, with a special menu inspired by its rich culinary traditions. Throughout the month, the restaurant offers an experience where rustic flavors and classic dishes from Apulia take center stage, featuring ingredients such as fresh vegetables, seafood, and cheeses.

Apulia is not only known for its beautiful landscapes but also for its wide range of high-quality ingredients. It is these flavors that form the foundation of L’Avventura’s seasonal menu, where simplicity and quality shine through.

 

Flavors of Apulia:

Crema di fave
Fava bean cream with spigariello, peperoncino, pecorino, and toasted bread.

Orecchiette con pesto di broccoli
Orecchiette pasta with broccoli pesto, pancetta, stracciatella, and peperoncino.

Impepata di cozze
Cooked mussels with black pepper, onion, garlic, celery, white wine, butter, and chili. Served with garlic bread.

Pettole dolci
Fried dough with raspberry compote and vanilla ice cream.
