Spring has brought a refreshing breeze to the bar at L’Avventura. With nine new updates to the cocktail list, we’re serving up flavors that evoke sun-drenched terraces and long, golden evenings.

Spring has brought a refreshing breeze to the bar at L’Avventura. With nine new updates to the cocktail list, we’re serving up flavors that evoke sun-drenched terraces and long, golden evenings. These seasonal creations are perfect for our newly renovated outdoor seating area, now featuring plush sofas and comfortable chairs—ideal for lingering over a drink in the evening sun.

We’ve brought back a few timeless classics, like the Hemingway Daiquiri, and created brand new signature cocktails we believe will be real crowd-pleasers. One of them is Rabarbaro e Cocco, made with gin, elderflower, lemon, rhubarb, and a wonderfully smooth coconut foam. In total, nine cocktails have either been completely reimagined or are brand new additions to the menu,” says Bar Manager Casper Carlsson.

This May, we’ve also had the pleasure of introducing Little Italy—a themed month where our signature flavors met inspiration from the vibrant New York neighborhood of the same name. In June, we’re taking a short break from the themed months as we prepare for the next chapter in July. We also have another exciting surprise in the works that we’ll be revealing very soon.
