Each month offers a unique gastronomic journey, with some themes focusing on specific Italian regions, such as Sicily with its citrus fruits and Marsala wines, or Campania, where buffalo mozzarella takes center stage. Other months highlight specific ingredients in their full glory, such as the exquisite truffle. Each themed month balances tradition and innovation, always emphasizing authentic flavors and a passion for Italian cuisine.
The journey begins in January with a tribute to Campania, the southern Italian region renowned for its incredible culinary culture and breathtaking landscapes. From the Amalfi Coast’s shoreline to the vibrant city life of Naples, Campania has long symbolized Italian passion and culinary diversity.
