Cuore di Bue tomatoes
Tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, capers, olives and crispy fried onions.
Tomatoes & anchovies
Toasted focaccia with garlic butter, grated tomatoes and anchovies.
Pasta pomodoro
Mezze Maniche pasta with San Marzano tomatoes, baked Datterini tomatoes, basil and stracciatella.
Grilled striploin & tomatoes
250 g grilled dry-aged striploin with parsley and garlic butter, tomato salad and tomato-sage jus.
