This April, L’Avventura invites you on a culinary journey through the rich food traditions of Lombardy. From the rustic dishes of the Alpine villages to the refined flavors of Milan, we celebrate one of Italy’s most iconic regions with a menu that blends classic ingredients with modern finesse.

Lombardy is known for its rich and hearty cuisine, where butter, cream, and rice often replace olive oil and pasta. Signature dishes include risotto alla milanese, infused with saffron for a golden hue and deep flavor, as well as ossobuco, a slow-braised veal shank bursting with taste. The region is also home to renowned cheeses like gorgonzola and taleggio, and no Lombardian meal is complete without a sweet finish—perhaps a smooth stracciatella ice cream.
